Its a now tv stick. I am normally logged in all the time. It is just saying cant log u in at the moment try again

I don't  know if there is a wider site problem @David010010 (although I've not heard of others with the same problem today)

My thought would be to power off your Now TV stick at the mains - leave it off for a minute then to power back on and reconnect.  Then try to log in again.

@mike+simmonds @David010010 yes it must be a wider issue. Just spent most the night chatting to Now who say it's not down to them. It's down to Sky Store. I can sign in via my phone but not on any of my Now devices. Extremely p****d off. Can't talk to Sky Store now as live chat has ended so I'm hoping they sort it tomorrow. Relieved it's not just me though as I thought I was going mad!!!!

It's 8pm closing time for Skystore 

All I can suggest is the obvious point - that when you get through tomorrow you need to ask for a free 48 hour rental

You don't have a recent LG TV do you ? You can download Skystore on there if you do 

Or a Chromecast?

@mike+simmonds no I don't unfortunately and I have work tomorrow so I cannot get to them until the afternoon which is frustrating. But when I do I will be moaning lol. I could watch on my phone but my 12 year old earlier was upset that he couldn't watch a film. Honestly, Sky have been a nightmare lately. It must be a problem with everyone that has Now for some reason. Let's hope they realise tomorrow before I lose it on live chat 😵

If it's unusually busy tomorrow you would guess that many customers have the same issue
