Sky store says I’ve mot any credit to watch film

I rang number. It said no help I want to watch sky store file it said I've not got credit on my account 

why is this I pay my bill every month

Hi @Kathleen+Harringt 

 

This is nothing to do with paying your bill. It's to do with - before you start using Skystore - you have to agree and set up a credit limit with them. (an amount up to which you can spend on Sky store)

 

unfortunately the Skystore support team doesnt open until 11am tomorrow
