Sky store says I’m not I can’t purchase
Trying to purchase on sky store, it says I can't because I'm not in the UK...

Are you trying to buy on a Sky box or online
Two things that might have confused the system - check your post code is keyed correctly. If you are online - take a look at your address here:

Are you using a VPN? turn it off if so ?
If you've already checked these - the Skystore livechat opens in just over an hour (11am). they should be able to resolve it for you

Something else to try if you are not using a VPN and whatever device you are using is connected to your home internet connection and that is to reboot your broadband router at the mains. Try leaving it off for 10 minutes before powering it backup.

Thanks everyone, I'm using Glass it was fine at first then I suddenly started getting the message. I have always had the VPN and it never caused the issue before. Always worth a revisit though, thanks a lot 😀

VPNs and Sky apps don't usually work well together so you might find you will need to disable it when using the Sky Store app in future.
