Sky store purchases not transferring to sky q box

I have recently purchased half s dozen or so movies from sky store, however every time I try to send to the sky q box, I get an error message - "aproblem occured (adp/hsts)".

What is this 'problem' and how can it be resolved?

Same problem, went on the chat help and they told me it was system problem and they were working on it. That was on May 12th, issue still not resolved. 
Back on chat line tomorrow for an update

But will not transfer to Q Box keep getting and error code

If they know there's a fault they should be at least let people know 

I could have bought a physical copy from amazon for the same price but I wanted to watch the film last night

Same on my sky store, plus my movies won't show on sky q box under purchases tab. I've been on to sky store live chat and they are aware of problem and are looking into it.

I'mhaving the same problem bought a load of films and not showing in my purchases only way i can watch them is on my computer cant send them to my sky box what is this problem and how long will it take to resolve the issue

hi i have the same issue as well bought two movies and wont send to sky q box and if i try amd watch on app says i have used up my device limit and must wait till 1st june to add another even though only have it on 3 things

just an update ive got all the movies transferred to my Sky Q box in the last hour😀
