Any time I try to sign in to sky store I get as far as putting surname and then it comes up with a error message. Can't get my free gift movie as I can't sign into sky store

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
