Sky store movies not transferring to Sky Q box?

I see this but when I try to send to the Sky q box the the app locks up and nothing appears on the Sky q box.

I have tried reinstalling the app but nothing works.

on your Sky Q box, if you search for exactly the same movie (same edition, same format) does it show as "purchased - select to watch"

if voice search doesn't bring up the movie, try the magnifying glass search.

Most of the movies appear in the purchased section of the Sky q box and will down load from there.

I am just puzzled as to why the send to Sky box section of the app doesn't work.

No, I can't get send to Sky box to work from the online account either.
