Discussion topic: Sky store movie wont download

I've just purchased RIPD2 on sky store, when i try to download, it fails. I have re started the sky hub and sky q box. The movie is in the recent recorded section but there is nothing to delete to try to solve the issue. I have the select to watch option but it just fails.

If you have time @definedby77 I find that if you log on at about 10.56 / 10.57am you can be near the front of the queue for when they open
