Sky store film purchased in error
I purchased a film in error, I haven't downloaded yet, how do I cancel. There is no option to just delete

I got a buy and keep film, I haven't downloaded it or attempted to watch it. I used the Sky app

I can't find any way to delete the film, any help would be appreciated.

You can't delete a movie you have bought as a buy and keep. Depending on your device you can archive it (which takes the physical recording off your device to save space) but it's still yours.
In these circumstances your best option is to try a live chat to the Sky store support team, to explain what happened and to ask for a refund.
Unfortunately they don't open on a Sunday but they are next open at 11am Monday. Hope they are helpful.
It starts off with a Chatbot which you will have to get past to chat to a person.
