If you have a part downloaded movie - it's worth trying to archive it (if it's a buy and keep) then try again - or delete it (if it's a rental )
in the case of a rental - after you delete it - go to your deleted folder and delete permanently out of there (recordings/ manage / deleted )
then try again to download.
if that doesn't work then you should try the Skystore team (livechat not open until Monday 11am though) phones should be manned on Sunday.
