Sky store can’t find my purchase

Hi there 

I am trying to find my library in sky store but can't find it ? How do I do it ?

If you purchased the rental via the Sky Store website or app then it will not be on your Sky Q box as it can only be viewed online. You can only purchase Buy and Keep films online and watch them via your Sky box.

On a Sky+ box it is in the planner > Purchases and on Sky Q under Recordings > Purchases.

How do I get to planner on sky q box? I have purchased a rental and want to watch it on my sky w box ? I find this so difficult I ended up buying a film twice last month ??

This is unfortunately a sky store "rule" 

 

If you have a laptop / pc with an HDMI output you can plug that in to your TV, or if you happen to have an LG smart TV you can use the Skystore app on there

 

If you have made an honest mistake or feel badly done by, contact the Skystore team and see if they will offer you something to resolve it

If you go onto the sky store app on online (mobile, laptop), click on film and it will ask if you would like to send it to your sky q box . Ta da it was then in recordings-purchases!

This is not correct and it also doesn't make sense. It clearly sais on the app send to your your sky box. You need to contact sky if this is not working

If you mean you should be able to "send to box" - you are correct if it is a Buy and keep movie. But the question above in post 6 was regarding a rental (which can't be sent from a device to your Sky box )
