I guess @Ace+Rasor they are inundated with Matilda issues. 

if you are free at 10.57am tomorrow- that's a good time to contact the livechat - they open at 11am and you should be nearer to the front of the queue at that time

I spoke to live chat at 2pm and was told back office should send them all out by the end of the day but you have to go on the sky store website and click send to box. I tried just now and still not working. Absolute joke!

Have you tried cancelling the pre-order and ordering it again or does it now show as a pre-order now ?

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.

@caesarome It is showing as ordered. I contemplated ordering again via the box but I don't want to be charged again (especially seeing I have recently had a load of problems with incorrect billing after switching my deals). My daughter has gone to bed anyway so will chat to the live chat again in the morning. Just can't believe they haven't fully fixed it 2 days later!

Why should we have to cancel and run risk of double billing?

This is a farce.

Looks like many, many disappointed children this half term!

My grandchildren are very upset.

 

SORT IT OUT NOW please - it should not be down to a Discussion group level and work arounds - pathetic customer service!

Hi

 

Okay, i went back in to SKY Store and accessed my orders but as it theoretically has been relaesed (so cancel 24hours before option gone.....)  - i see no mechanism to cancel it - probably as it believes I have it and have viewed it. Ha! 

 

An explanantion, and apology from SKY itself is what is needed here....

UPDATE

 

I have been on chatbot thing and after a painstakingly long chat, have cancelled the pre order and will now just purcahse it.

 

TELL me please - is this just a SKY GLASS issue?

have heard too from family members that they've had same issue with other purchases. They are not on Glass either. 

SKY need to come clean in this and fess up and sort it.

Mine is sorted now and to be fair on Sky it was partly due to an error on my part as my payment card had expired. I didn't have a warning about this though and it showed as purchased so I would have thought it would have given me an error message.

Ah, ok - but my card was fine; no issues and i did buy, with same card set up, once pre order had been deleted. 

 

Again, a clearer explanation of this from SKY is needed.

Exactly the same problem I'm having . Spoke on three calls to Sky Box which opens at 11am by the way Mon to Fri . . Lame excuse was that Sky are waiting for the license   For this film to be able to let us download it ! My kids are waiting too and really I don't believe that Sky can sell us a film they can't show . Plus email to say it's ready to watch from Feb 8 tv 

I was assured this film is ready to watch today Feb 10 th . It is not ready as of 21:15

I did call Sky :no progress at all just a lame reason. Is that Sky had not obtained the license to show Matilda The Musical . I did say to the guys  I spoke to to that I won't be the only one annoyed ,they're fast to get the orders in but they should figure out how to enable the license to download it . Lots of children let down especially half term

If you don't mind me adding @Tyluka I'm pretty sure the Skystore team are open for livechat Monday to Saturday 11am to 7.30pm

 

edit: I don't work for Sky - just a customer like you - but several people have reported the movie working for them over the last 2 days so I'm struggling to believe it's a licensing issue. (I appreciate that's what someone has said to you )
