Sky are working on it @Cecilia3456 as they are having some technical 

issues with this as everybody else who pre-ordered it has the same issue.

We know Sky are trying to fix this today. 

I have seen another post where a customer asked for a refund and was refused - so it might just be worth hanging on and persevering with your existing order.

Not impressed at all. Pre order for a Matilda won't work. Sky are refusing refunds and believe "we're working on it" is acceptable. Absolute joke

I'm not speaking for Sky here @DincroftClan - just a personal opinion - I would imagine that if Sky meet their advert to release Matilda on the 8th they might choose to defend their position- but if not released today - I can't see how they can refuse a refund. 

hopefully it will be resolved very soon.

Why aren't we being issued a refund if it is not working? We want it just now we have paid for a service we are not getting! Not issuing refunds is beyond a joke we have kids who don't understand why this isn't working and having to source from elsewhere

Absolutely understand that and if was a film for adults would begrudgingly concede but surely they have to consider this films target audience. Dropping it at 22:00 wouldn't be acceptable would it? Looks like a lot of families had sights set on a family movie night. Sky needs to do better and at least not just send copy and paste notes about working on it

@Paul+scat  Apparently there is a technical issue with this title that sky are trying to resolve

Also waiting with a very disappointed 4 year old who has been looking forward to this for over a week. Same response from Sky saying no refunds as they don't charge until it's been released so will keep a very close eye on my bill! Really not good enough from Sky, Amazon can manage it without a problem. Ridiculous really for the size of the organisation, waited over an hour for a reply on the live chat, and when tried the customer service number while waiting they had no clue of what the issue was or how to solve it.

Been waiting since purchase date! And now it's not working, and refusing refunds for skys problems. Have 2 unhappy children who have waited so long to watch this

Really disappointing and no updates unless we have personally contacted them.

 

I have had to go and order off prime as my girls have waited so long for this.
