Matilda film

Preorderd the new matilda film a week ago and it was on an offer.  Preorder prior to 6th and you got it cheaper... After the technical issues with it yesterday it hasn't downloaded and now they want full price after it was Preorderd on the offer. Any one else had this issue..

It begs the question, do Sky actually have the license or rights to broadcast this? This is a certainly long glitch for an organisation that provides this service on a daily basis. Coincidence?

Poor customer service is what pains me the most.....

Some customers are reporting @Display+name1983 that their preorder seems to have become cancelled. They have reordered and that has worked for them. 

All I would say is to make sure you don't end up with 2 different versions - the regular edition and (which I'm not seeing as available today) the bonus edition.

You could try livechat @Ace+Rasor for an update on your specific issue. Some customer's purchases are now working, some have been told to repurchase

Have you tried ordering again because as you can see doing this is working for others, you will only be charged the once as long as you order the very same version of the film.
