I was informed by the Sky-  Guy " Not  on the weekends . "I'm quite busy  and get bored to do this for  a long time , I think my calls were enough  I won't pre-order  anymore . 
It's for the children I wanted this to happen . I have no more control with Sky -  Guy 🤦‍♀️Thankyou for helping though

The issue is that SKY have said dddly-squat on this issue and there has been no apology. Yes, you superusers have tried your best to help BUT where is SKY in all of this? 

 

(btw - I have been with SKY since 1988 - an I therefore, a superuser? 🤔)

 

It seems their pre-order system is currently not fit for purpose so they should stp oferring it until it is fixed. 

 

To the superusers - a proper explanation, and apology, from SKY is needed here and would be welcomed and appreciated.

That is a worrying piece of adve and surely in contravention of the Sale of Goods Act 1979??

Yes correct Sky-guy told me no refund as I'm not billed for two weeks 🤦‍♀️The sensible option would have been to cancel my pre order and I'll buy  it again but he said that won't work either and still no  . Sky needs to obtain the licence to show the film . It is ridiculous

This morning I have received a second notification email from Sky to tell me I can now watch the film Matilda it's ready to download . I'm still in bed but I'll try once I'm ready . Anyone tried before me ? If someone can download then I think we all can .........🌷

My chat bot was more helpful and did cancel the pre-order for me and after I made them confirm that I would not be charged - once that was cancelled I went on telly and ordered on screen as a new purchase and we watched it right after.

 

Irony is - the kids weren't that impressed with it 😒 after all this...  hey ho.

Ah typical with kids 😄 ,thanks for  all the support with this and this morning hooray Matilda the Musical is downloaded ready to watch .Mine are 5and 3 hopefully they will like !
