I'm getting to the stage where I want to know how I get a refund. Sky Store aren't the only provider here and its been quite some time. When you've got an excited child 'hope to fix it today' isn't good enough

Agree! Mine is there but it just says purchased and ready to watch but no download button.

I really thought it would of been on by now or at least a Email or a message on the box to say there has been a delay.

 I have ended up paying again for it on prime as my Little ones were so disappointed.

After an hour and 15 minutes including a 45 minute wait on live chat I was refused a refund by the advisor after speaking to their manager because they are dealing with it.

I've ordered on Prime and won't be using Sky Store again.

Buy it from Amazon Prime Video instead.

It's the same price as Sky Store but you get it at the correct frame rate and in UHD. Oh, and it actually works. No brainer really.

Hi there, I can't watch the film, and I can't get through to anyone on the live chat, it keeps saying it's unavailable. What do I do? I want to order it else where but dont want to be paying twice. I have 2 children desperate to watch the film....
