Sky store £3 off a movie

Hi Guys

ive had an email sent to me saying I have £3 off any movie on the Sky store and that it should show on screen the £3 off but when i choose a movie, there's no £3 off. 
what am I doing wrong?

Are there any specific details in the email saying the purchase has to be online / on your box / either ?

Does it limit the £3 off to specific purchases ?

It just says go to sky store on your box. Choose any movie. 
make sure it's says "£3 off" on your order 

enjoy the movie. 
but when I go to order anything it doesn't have the "£3 off"

That's odd @Claireskygo  but we do hear of these offers not working for some customers - so live chat is probably the way to resolve it 

Queues are a lot shorter than they have been - especially in the morning

Has this issue been sorted.

I have found that not all movies are included in an offer like this.

There should be a category on the screen for sky store for the special offer.

Just to clarify - are you saying that the £3 off works with some "buy and keep " movies and not others ?

I haven't had this offer myself but understand it does not apply to rentals at all 

If there is  a buy and keep movie you can't use it with - I would suggest a live chat with the Skystore team tomorrow

I haven't seen the £3 one but I know when I had a €10 off offer in August 2020 (went for knives out - good call) , it did not apply to all buy & keep offers, just some.

I was just interested as I've never seen the Ts and Cs that apply to these discount offers

Hi @nolte 

I had an email sent saying £3 off any buy and keep movie and that the discount would appear when checking out. But it didn't, so I contacted the live chat and they said they would just take the discount off my bill instead.
