Sky reward free movie

I received my sky silver reward and redeemed it once i figured out how to access the free films and they were showing up on the sky store, I wasn't sure of which to select so waited a few days once i had time to choose one and now it's no longer on there.

I can't find anywhere on my app etc where it says I can still select a free film so have I just lost my reward?

The list of available movies does change all the time 

On this link you should see the current list and if you buy it online - you can send it to your Sky box. 

If you haven't chosen one yet it should still be there at a cost of £0 (when you are signed in)

I had the email gir a free film I'm a diamond vip member. I can't find it now and I know I haven't claimed it how can I get the free film now

Personally I do think that all sky VIP customers should receive a free movie every month due to FACT that what is available to us VIP customers is in my eyes poor!!! We pay enough on our bill each month so sky should/could value it's customers alot more.....
