Sky reward free film

Hello. I've tried to log in and entered surname and it won't go any further. Problem with page. Any suggestions please?

Are you trying to login to the Sky Stote website, and if try closing it down and starting again.

prior to the purchase, try going here on your Sky ID and make sure your full details including Mr /Mrs etc is entered.

the Skystore page is trying to match up to your Sky ID page so hopefully this will resolve it
