Sky rentals more than advertised

I wanted to rent Annabelle Comes Home and saw it advertised in the monster rentals sale on Sky Store at £3.49. Great I thought! However when I click into it, it comes up as £5.49!! Erm what's going on there? You can't entice me in with one price and then up it when you go in to rent it.

@buffymad check the small print on the offer as sometimes they are only valid through the website and not if you order on the box.  However do ring Sky as suspect yhey will adjust your bill if you complain.

It does show as £3.49 and £5.49 for me.

There are 4 rentals available, 2 SD and 2 HD. Two of them are £5.49 and the other two are £3.49.

No idea how you see both prices on a Q box though.

What's the point of having different prices on the box and on the website? Absolutely crazy! Why advertise it at a certain price via the box when you have to go on the website to get the price advertised? Rented it off Amazon Prime in the end 😂😂

I think it just acts weird during a price change. Had the same issue with It Chapter Two but a few hours later only the correct £3.49 was listed.
