Sky have given me a code for a free film

I have been sent an anniversary gift of a code for a free film but I don't seem to be able to use it. I have choosen a film but could not find anywhere to submit the code soended up having to pay 13-99 for it

@Frizbee2012  This code cannot be used via a sky box, you need to purchase directly from the sky store website and is for mobile viewing only

Thank you for the info , I don't use my mobile for that sort of thing ( am old fart ) so about as much use to me as a chocolate tea pot

You need to reedem the code here:

The £13.99 would then be added to your account as credit so ay purchases up to this total would use it.

If the code is for a rented film then you can only watch it online so via the Sky Store website but if it allows you to purchase a Buy and Keep film then you can also send this to your Sky box to keep and watch back via it.
