Sky box won't allow you to purchase films as it says you don't have sufficient credit
When you want to purchase film it tells you your spending limit has been reached and won't allow you

This is something that Sky should be able to fix quite easy for you so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
