Sky Vip free sky store movie

Hi all I have recently become a sky mobile customer. Upon setting my account up I learned i could have a free sky store movie as part of the vip programme. I redeemed it and received a email and went to the sky store as directed and selected sky via then when selecting a movie it toys to charge me and is not free as stated any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

The terms and conditions do state that this free movie isn't available to Sky Mobile only customers such as yourself.
