Sky Vip Rewards- Exchange 25gb Sky Mobile Data for Sky Store Vouchers

I exchanged four times 25gb of my sky mobile data for £10 Sky Store Vouchers totalling £40 in Sky Store paper vouchers on 28th January 2022, despite emails saying they have been dispatched in the post i have since not received any of my vouchers, its now 4th February 2022 and was told by Sky to contact Eden Red in Chester that supply these paper vouchers on behalf of Sky.

 

Eden Red told me no order from Sky is shown on their systems to process vouchers, still waiting nothing heard back? What is going on i want my £40 in Sky Store vouchers? here is my proof

As this is a forum where customers are helping customers - none of us can supply you with vouchers 

 

I agree with the attempt to contact Eden Red and it does sound like something has gone wrong between Sky and Eden Red

 

I can't think of anything better than you go back to Sky and explain to them exactly what you have explained here - and be polite but insistent

I don't know if they can help but I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

Yes i have the chat bubble and i have replied a 'hi' message to it, hope to speak to somebody from Sky regarding my skystore vouchers, soon as i get a message to it i will respond and hope it helps as i have not yet received my vouchers.

Just so we (some regular posters on the forum) understand- how was the chat direct with Sky ? What happened and how come the chat seemed to stop / not bring a resolution?

Probably because @Anonymous6665 has not responded further, this happens a lot with these escalations unfortunately.

I appreciate that. 

I was wondering more from @Anonymous6665 perspective - was anything unclear ? was the issue resolved ? 

just to understand why someone asks a perfectly reasonable question but then doesn't pursue the chance of a solution when it's probably available

Hi thank you for all your posts and replies sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner as I have been busy at work, my sky store vouchers finally arrived in the post after a huge delay sky told me there is a backlog of delays in sending sky store vouchers, as for the chat bubble I replied to it with hi message and nobody answered goodness knows why?, nevertheless after delay my issue has been sorted

Good morning, after the customers first message on Saturday 8.49pm, we sent a message welcoming the customer to community chat on Sunday at 9.23am.There was no response after 48 hours, so the chat was closed. 

 

I am glad the issue has been sorted though.
