Sky VIP offer - rent The Lost City for free

I have follwed the instructions, but don't get an option to rent for £0.00, only an option to pay to rent. How do I access this VIP reward?

I've just checked both online and on my Sky Q box and both are showing as £0

Are you definitely searching for "The Lost City" and not a similar title ?

Are you signed in if looking online ? (But don't rent online if you want to view through your Sky box )
