Hi, had a message off Sky saying we can claim a film via Sky VIP reward. I followed the instructions, go through to the films that I could select, selected a film, then it asked for my surname, put that in, then it comes back with, "Unexpected error". Tried several times now but can't get a film? Any ideas?

If it is and this error continues then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
