Sky Store

A disgrace is Sky store 

saying I've reached my device limit yet there no devices on there .

phoned Sky nobody had a clue how to help me . Spoke to 4 different people .

 

i purchased a movie £19.99 and can't even watch it .

 

Can anyone help

That is correct saying can't change or add until 1st December also 

I spoke to someone last night said delete old devices don't use and now can't do anything

Won't even let me use Sky Store app just keeps kicking me out when sign in

Have you registered a new Sky Store device this month as we are limited to adding one device per calender month.

Nope not registered nothing 

I was advised to remove my devices and then would work
