Sky Store

Why can i not purchase anything on sky store? I cannot retrieve my sky store welcome gift 5 years in!! I have been given a free buy and keep due to a national outtage last week and again says unable to purchase. WHAT IS GOING ON??

To enable purchases on your Skystore account you should be able to do this through a livechat to the Skystore support team

This might be happening as your account has not been enabled for Sky Store purchases, even free ones so contacting Sky Store themselves will see this fixed for you.
