Sky Store

Just wondering if anyone can help please? I've ordered a a movie  on skystore website via my account but it's not showing on my Sky Q box, does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

@Debbie101  Login to the website store and locate the film if it's a rental you will only be able to watch on the device you ordered on

 

if it's a buy and keep there should be a download to box option

It is exactly as @SKY1992bf says 

 

If it helps @Debbie101 I recall a similar problem with a rental. The customer did a live chat with the Skystore team who arranged for the online rental to be cancelled and the customer re rented directly on their Sky Q box. 

live chat opens at 11am if you wanted to try that approach
