@caesarome @I have Sky Q. The film shows in my library on Sky Store. I try to send to sky box again and it says it has. But on Sky Q when I check purchases it's not there. I search for the film and it tells me to buy it. I purchase 2 other films at the same time and they are still there

A Disney group one by any chance ?
I only ask (and I can't remember the actual movie) but a few months ago I recall a problem where a Disney movie was available on line but not on a Sky Q box (we assumed it was to do with licensing )

@caesarome Thanks for your reply. Already talked to them. Total waste of time. They couldn't fix it. They offered to credit the price to buy movie again. I have a couple of hundred movies. How do I know if it's happened to more of them.

Was that by phone or live chat?
Isn't giving you a credit fixing it?
You could try watching your other purchases to find out if they are still available🤔
