it's very intermittent at the moment, it will work for 10 minutes then be off for 10.

Hi,
Had the same problem, we use mobile broadband. Found that mobile broadband systems do not use a fixed IP address. Sky have set up there system to see this as a possible breach to your purchases and block you from accessing them or downloading. Suprisingly, they do not stop you making the purchase, they want the dosh.
Ended up setting up a fixed IP VPN on the router and hey presto, if I activate this, problem sorted. Sky did not try to help and were obtuse blaming the broadband supplier. Very short sited and customer unfriendly....
