Sky Store not recognising my previous purchase to keep movie asking me to pay

Ipre ordered Dune Part 2(2024) some whole so bit now I want to re watch it with my wife, Sky Sure is not recognising that I've purchased it so wants me to buy (again!!). Had anyone come across this issue and know a fix please?

.If this was a Buy and Keep purchase then it should be in your purchases so what device was you goung to use to watch it on ?

I wanted to watch it on my main TV, which is where I initially purchased it. I've been into Any who could see the purchase but we're unable to explain why it's disappeared so they have be a full refund for the purchase price of£19.99( on pre order for bonus edition) All good now as I've re purchased for the film at£13.99 now, albeit not bonus edition with extras, but that's fine. This doesn't help the community knowledge in RG6 it disappeared but I'm personally ok now.
