I won a Sky Store movie voucher from a Lindt competition this morning. Redeemed code but Sky message Says the code is not recognised. Double checked it's correct. Lindt says it's a Sky Store problem. What now?

At 11am the Skystore live chat opens. They may be busy - but if you're free - try logging on 5 minutes before to get in the queue.

The best thing you can do is to contact the Sky store support team because if there is an issue with the code they should be able to issue you with another one as they did this for me a number of years ago when the code I had wouldn't work.
