Hi, When I try to redeem this offer it is asking me to pay £7.99. There's no option for the free version
Please advise how I can redeem this
Many thanks

For me, the instructions in the advert worked fine. Certainly for me it showed £0.00
Were you signed in to Skystore with yiur correct Sky accounr when you tried to buy ?
These sre the instructions - if still no luck - I've attached a link for the Skystore live chat which opens next at 11am. Hope one of those helps.
Just follow these simple steps for a show-stopping movie night in:
1. Go to Sky Store on your TV, or sign in with your SkyiD at skystore.com
2. Search for Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again
3. Select the HD Digital Buy & Keep version priced at £0.00/€0.00
4. You can also try saying ‘Movie Night In’ into your remote to redeem.
Offer available until 14 April

As you are seeing the £7.99 screen I think your only way to resolve this would be to contact the Skystore team. Live chat is usually very effective and is open in a couple of hours - 11am

I'm no longer a Sky customer, I don't have broadband or a TV service at all, and have no access to Sky VIP via the MySky app any more but yet I was able to log in to Sky Store with my old ID just now and add this movie for free to my Sky Store account.

You don't need a Sky TV subscription to use Sky Store
Existing customer but only joined the Sky Community recently?

Mine also done this on Sky Glass. I logged in to Skystore.com and purchased it there for free. It is now in my purchased movies on sky glass.
