Sign in sky store tells me to add card

I'm trying to sign in sky store on my tv but it's telling me to add debit or credit card to account for payment but there is already a card on the account & doesn't let me get past this when trying to sign in

Is the card up to date so has it expired, you could try removing it then entering it again if it is still a valid card.

Yes this just happened to me - my card is in date and I placed a bet only 4 days ago and they want me to "add a debit card".

Been stung with online fraud before - don't feel safe re-inputting card details again !
