Says film can't be purchased at the moment as your account is not enabled for purchases. This isn't true have made purchases last month. I cant see what I need to do or change. Thanks

Plus I have all the subscriptions bar the sports so can't work out what is wrong

Thanks have an account in Ireland there helpline was closed by 8pm. I rang the UK number didn't think they would talk to me but they did and sorted it. Seems they put a limit on ur viewing card of how many purchases u can make throughout the year. Thanks for your help😊

That is right they do to prevent overspending, glad you have it sorted.
