SKY VIP offer but cant have what i want

Received an e-mail today telling me as I am a diamond member still I can have a free movie, told me to click on item one which took me to the movies which I could select from. Whoopee I thought, Avatar is a favourite film in our house so I'll have that, flicked onto it and so disapointed it is not for sale but only to rent. I would like to know why Sky have told me to click on item one and then shown me films I can't have with the offer - it's not right.

What were the terms of your offer ?

If I go to Avatar on Sky Store I can see it there as a buy and keep (for £13.99 but I don't have a free offer right now )

Did your offer say any buy and keep ? Or were there limitations? 

If not there on your Sky box - depending on the terms of your offer - have you looked in Skystore online ?

I wonder if you have received that email because you never claimed your free Sky VIP movie, if so do these films appear as £0.00 for you as these are the ones to select from if this is about the VIP offer:

I had the same offer. Mine was for a free DVD and film but the only ones I could get with the free DVDs was old films. I wanted to watch a new film so I used the whole voucher to download one film to watch but I missed out on the free DVD. It took me a long time how to figure out how to get it. To get the free one you have to make sure you click on the price that is lower then the voucher is worth other wise it won't let you use it.
