Rented movie on Sky app not playing

I have rented a film yesterday on Sky store but keep getting “playback unavailable at the moment. please try again". Code (1100). 

 

The payment has gone through but I am running out of time to watch it

You might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
