Rented movie on Sky Store - movie dissappeared less than a week later

I downloaded a film last weekend but only got half way through. Was planning on watching it before this weekend, but it has now disappeared. Can anything be done to get it back?

IIRC a customer has 24-48 hours to view a rented movie after pausing viewing, after this it is deleted. If this is correct then you'd have to rent the movie again or plead your case with Sky.

As stated above when you start to watch a rented film you have 48 hours to finish watching it or watch it as many times as you want before it expires and is removed.

 

You have 7 days to start watching the film.
