Are you trying to play it directly via the TV or do you have something attached to it like a Sky Q box ?

So did you rent it on your Sky Q box or the TV, if the TV then it might not be possible to watch it as the only TV that has the built in Sky Store app is LG TVs.

The TV why would be allowed sky storevif not compatible?

Does the TV have the Sky Store app built into it so is this how you rented it ?

The reason I ask is because as far as we know only LG TVs have the inbuilt Sky Store app.
