Redeemed VIP gift but can’t find in purchase in library? It doesn’t exist? How do I view movie?

I used my free VIP gift to purchase a movie. All was accepted  - email received indicating I can watch by going to sky store. When visiting sky store the movie has a charge. It tells me to go to library which I can't find? How do I access the free movie? I can get it on my iPad which isn't what I want

What device are you trying to watch your free film on, a Sky Q one or something else ?

To watch any Sky Store purchases, you’ll need to use the Sky Store app (through the Movies > Apps menu) on Sky Glass/Puck.

Thanks - I can see the movie but it isn't free as suggested? I can watch on my iPad but can't watch it via sky stream / movie / puck? Perhaps with free VIP purchase you can only watch on other devices?

That sounds to me as if you are not looking in the library section where your purchases like this free film should be.

You need to install the MySky app on a mobile device and go to the VIP section to see if the free movie offer appears for you.

You need to go to the Sky Store website and after selecting the film you want (Buy and Keep), you then need to enter the voucher code as per this:
