Recieved email to claim my free film cannot access this when i click on link nothing happens

How come as a vip member I recieved emails telling me to click on link to receive free film when I click on link I nothing happens I have tried five or six times and still cannot get on to link

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

There is also a second promotion running where the film "The House with a clock in it's Walls" is currently free for VIP customers.

In addition to the advice from @caesarome - it's worth mentioning that the emails sent out recently inviting customers to choose a free welcome  movie - are intended for customers who have never claimed their free welcome gift (but do seem to have been sent to customers who have already claimed it earlier)
