I can't download this at all- message keeps coming up saying that my account hasn't been enabled for purchases, it's showing as being free £0.00 but I keep getting the sane message even though I have paid for various rentals, I don't understand it 🤷‍♀️

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this as they will be able to fix this for you.
