Every time I try getting a movie it's saying insufficient credit on my viewing card I am vip so am trying to download a movie for free and it won't let me

This happens often (even when the movie is a free one). The system won't let you do a transaction until your account has been set up (or occasionally reset up) with a credit limit for transactions. So you need to chat with the Skystore team to arrange this
unfortunately they closed at 7.30pm but will be open again at 11am

Even though the film you are trying to access is free this error usually means you account hasn't been setup allowing you to get this or purchase anything else from the Sky Store.
This is an easy fix for the Sky Store support team so I would get in touch with them regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
