Hi we are trying to rent a film and have it taken out of our bill end of the month but it's saying we have to pay for it upfront . How do we add it to monthly payments like the virgin sky store ? We just switched over today

On what device are you trying to rent it on, your Sky Glass/Stream or Sky Q box or perhaps a PC or tablet ?

Can't you only buy via a Sky account on Sky Q or Sky+🤔
