I have the same error... but I'm not on a VPN.
It doesn't even let me sign-in. I click Sign-In, and I get access denied.

yes. Very much so. I've purchased several movies (and the whole GoT boxset), and have credit to purchase a lot more.
I can sign-in on my phone without issue!
but I dont want to watch on a ~6" screen when i have a 17" to use instead.

When you log in to Skystore on your phone and click on your name, then on - My Details - then on - Devices
do you see your 17 inch device on the list ?
