Purchased sky film

I purchased a film on sky last night and we couldn't watch it as it kept buffering every 2 mins and freezing. We don't have any issues with our Wi-Fi and it's hard wired

Have you tried downloading ot again but this time wait until it has fully downloaded before starting to watch it ?

Was it a rented film or a Buy and Keep one ?
