I have purchased a film. It shows in my library but not on the Sky Q. I do not have access to restore purchases or send to box facilty, the buttons just do not appear on the website. Now I find that Sky Store app on my LG smart TV does not allow palyback as that function has been stopped.

On my 2020 LG CX6LA definitely no problem with the Skystore app- I just checked and plays fine.
Do you have an update available for your app ?
With regard to "send to box" my buy and keep movies are still available to "send" from my phone (not rentals of course )

Hi I found it after looking for ages. Purchased films or vip gifts on sky q is under recordings .
