I've bought horrible histories the movie, the money has come off my credit balance but the film won't send to my sky box. My download list is empty

On what device did you purchase the film or did you do it via the Sky Store website ?

Bought through the sky store website on my phone. Bought 3 films, this is the only one that hasn't sent to the box
