Purchased a film and cant watch it

Purchased a film 'It ends with us' confirms it was purchased. But won't let us watch due to technical issues. 

Are Internet goes on and off so not sure if this could be the problem, but with have Sky board band so it will needed fixed

You could try contacting the SKY Store support via Chat which I think should still be open
