Purchased Pre order of IF isn’t looking available and it says out on 16 July

Purchased IF as pre order and got an email saying it was out today - 16 July.  Just looked for it and although I see it in my purchases it has no option to play the movie, just the trailer.  Anyone know if there's a time of day films are usually made available?  Not experienced this before

Issues with pre-orders like this have been reported previously so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

I can only guess on this @Sarah2823 @Lin2024 - but I can see that "If" has already been released on other platforms (for example Amazon) so my guess is a short term glitch and that it will soon reappear on Sky store. 

hopefully my guess will be correct 🤞

It is only available on Amazon and Apple currently ... used the JustWatch app to check status😉

 There has been an issue at Sky regarding the release date, which they said was fixed today. I have had the same problem.

Went to Live chat and had the agent cancel the preorder of the film(which you won't be charged) then purchased it again online and it worked. Took about 5 minutes once you passed the security checks
